Shipping Policy

Our team of experienced aquarists takes great care in preparing and packaging your orders according to industry shipping standards.

• We offer UPS Next Day delivery services on Mondays through Wednesdays on most orders placed before 2 pm PST.
• All CA livestock orders will ship the next day for $39.99, all other allowed states $49.99.
• Free Shipping on all livestock orders over $300.
• To avoid discrepancies or invalid addresses, you must provide an accurate shipping address, as we cannot be held responsible for errors
• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your order progress. 

Please be aware that we cannot deliver to P.O. Box addresses or prohibited states within the United States. Livestock cannot be shipped to  Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. Additionally, we are not liable for any delays or damages caused by the shipping carrier.
