D.O.A. (Dead On Arrival) Policy

We prioritize the safe delivery of our livestock and take all necessary precautions. However, in the unlikely event that your livestock arrives dead, we offer store credit for your purchase minus shipping costs. To be eligible for our DOA policy:

  • Accept delivery on the first attempt
  • Photo of box structure at delivery (before opening)
  • Take a clear picture of the unopened deceased in its original packaging
  • Inform us by email within 2 hours of the delivery time-stamp from the courier

You must follow our policy to qualify for the guarantee; failure to do so will render it void.

It's important to note that DOA caused by shipping delays or damages are not covered under this policy. Please wait for our instructions before discarding.

  • We are not liable for any difference of appearance of the corals, all tank lighting is different 
  • If in event the coral selected is not healthy/ready to ship. We will offer a replacement or refund. 
  • We are not responsible for death or damage, during or after acclimating corals
